Degree programs

Four levels, one path

GAP Ministries College of Theology, LLC holds a Religious Exemption to offer degrees in Biblical Studies and Theology. Students may enter at the level that fits their preparation and continue through to the doctorate.

Associate in Biblical Studies and Theology

The entry point for students beginning formal study of scripture and its historical background.

Level One

Bachelor in Biblical Studies and Theology

Builds a systematic reading of the Old and New Testaments and the discipline to interpret them soundly.

Level Two

Master in Biblical Studies and Theology

A two-part program for students preparing to teach, lead, and apply biblical scholarship in ministry.

Level Three · Two parts

Doctor of Theology

The terminal degree, for those called to advanced study and to shape teaching within the church.

About the college

Open to students from any church, and from none

Students come to us from congregations across eastern North Carolina and from no congregation at all. What they share is a decision to study scripture seriously.

Since 2010 the college has graduated hundreds of students with Associate, Bachelor, Graduate, Master, and Doctoral degrees in Biblical Studies and Theology.
