IT IS A RIGHTEOUS THING WITH GOD

II Thessalonians 1: 1-12

Father, it is an honor to be counted worthy of your Kingdom and to be given a seat of authority in it.  What joy and peace you give to us your children.  Thank you for the patient waiting for Christ’s return.  That is really the hope that anchors our souls.  Father you have allowed us the privilege of knowing that it is a righteous thing with you to recompense tribulation to them that trouble us as we walk out our faith before you.

We submit to your Vengeance and we know that you will repay according to Scripture.

Therefore, we fret not ourselves because of evildoers.  We know that they will soon be cut off.   We got your word on that!  We just want to thank you for directing our hearts into the love of God and into the patient waiting for Christ.  We know that no temptation has taken us but that which is common to man.  We also know that you will make a way of escape for us to be able to bear it.  You are just what our heart need.   We acknowledge that our hearts need you daily.  Father we refuse to be weary in well doing.  We know that in due season, we will reap if we don’t faint.

 

Thank you for your glory being revealed today as we work in your Kingdom.  We will stay on the wall and stand in the gap as you allow us to work in your Kingdom among men.  All our springs are in you.  We with patience wait in anticipation for your return to receive us unto yourself.
