A FAITH THAT WORKS (A FAITH BASED RELIGION)

James 1:27; James 2:17; II Corinthians 4:17-18

Father, In Jesus Name, we praise you for Salvation that has delivered us from the bondage of sin into righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.  Thank you for pure religion that is clean and undefiled before men.  Thank you for true religion that takes us out of the pews of being hearers only.  We have come forth to do thy will in spirit and in truth.   We know and perceive that your Word is the standard by which the Church and the world shall be judged.  Thank you Holy Father for pure religion that moves among the fatherless and widows in their affliction to bring them into recovery.  What an awesome Father you are to send forth the light of truth and births ministry into our hearts. 

 

Because of the Preciousness of your Word and power towards us, we refuse to walk in the deadness of immorality and no ethics for sound doctrine.    Father, we refuse to walk for a moment in the pleasures of sin no sooner to have it quenched by the wrath of your indignation.  We choose rather to walk with the afflictions of the Gospel and have a much heavier weight of glory resting upon us.   Thank you for your abiding Presence that is with us through out all generations.

 

Your Word lets us know that Faith without works is dead being alone. Thank you for a living faith that produces fruit to your glory.
